Multi-Faith Modest Fashion

Honours Project 2020

This project investigated the needs of women who dress modestly for religious reasons, primarily focused on Jewish, Muslim, and Christian women. A multi-faith modest fashion collection was created for high street retailer Zara. The collection was designed for spring/summer, offering accessible and affordable occasion-wear for young women who want statement, on-trend pieces without the need for layering. The intention of this collection was to fit seamlessly with Zara’s main clothing range and expand modest fashion options to normalise the inclusion of modest-dressing women.
